Baked Russian cheesecake

Ingredients
- 454g farmers cheese (we’ve used 365 brand)
- 1 egg
- 30g sugar
- 20g semolina
- 2 tbsp melted butter (can remove if desired)
- 3 tbsp cream
- Splash vanilla
- Raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix egg and sugar. Add mixture to farmers cheese and add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Butter a baking dish and pour mixture in. Top with sour cream.
- Bake for 25-30 mins or until nice and golden on top.
Journal
- 2026-03-03: Baked at 350°F for around 30 minutes. Made in a glass Pyrex and it didn't get as golden as Maria wanted. Maybe will try metal loaf pan next time. Maria says maybe more sugar too.
